8 hours mandatory plus 8 elective courses, totaling 16 hours.

How to sign up: (You will be able to start the course immediately.)
Go to the list of courses. Sign up for the mandatory 8 hour and your choice of elective courses totaling at least 8 more hours.

IMPORTANT: The 8 hour mandatory course is the LAST one on the list.
Click "Add to Cart".and "Continue Shopping" for each course you want . 
Pay by credit card.  You will create a user name and password to log in to the course.

READY? Go the list of continuing education courses.
Add the mandatory course (last one on list, 8 hrs) and any electives (totaling 8 hrs) to get all 16 hours.

IMPORTANT NOTE #2: All renewals for licenses expiring before July 1, 2009 must also take take a 2 hour course in limited service agency. We offer Limited Service Agency here (live in Reston, VA or correspondence)..

Are these courses approved by DPOR?  Yes.  All courses are approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board and DPOR.

NEW. As of July 1, 2007, all license renewals for the 2 years from 7/1/07-6/30/09 require a one-time 2 hour course in Limited Service Agency. This is in addition to your continuing education. We offer this course in pdf format with a 10 question open book exam.
