Education Courses for VA Salesperson & Brokers

Salesperson - first renewal	Salesperson - second or subsequent renewal:	Broker
Virginia Post-License Education 30 hours of post-license courses required for first-time real estate license renewal. Must be completed within first year of licensure.	Virginia Real Estate Continuing Education 16 hour CE course (including mandatory hours) for agents.	Virginia Real Estate Continuing Education (24 hours required) 24 hour CE courses (including mandatory hours) for Brokers.
Online P-L courses for: Residential Track Commercial Track Property Managment Track	Foreclosures, Short Sales, REOs and Auctions 4-hour elective	Need only the Broker 8-hour course? Business Management in a Real Estate Office approval #58424.
Virginia Limited Service Agency (2 hours) This one-time 2 hour course is required for all salespersons and brokers whose license expired before July 1, 2009.
