Virginia Real Estate Limited Service Agency Course

Virginia real estate examVirginia Limited Service Agency - required for renewals before July 1, 2009

This Virginia Limited Service Agency course is approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board (DPOR) to meet the one-time 2 hour continuing education course. The two-hour course in Limited Service Agency is mandatory only for license renewals due or activations submitted on or before June 30, 2009.  For renewals due or activations submitted July 2009 or later, the course is no longer a requirement to renew or activate any real estate broker or salesperson license. 

$19.75 - Download the course (pdf file). Read the material. Print and fax in the 10 question open book exam, evaluation and affidavit.

Why is an affidavit required? The VA Real Estate Board requires it, but you can fax it in with the exam.
