Virginia Limited Service Agency - Mandatory Continuing Education

This Virginia Limited Service Agency course is approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board (DPOR) to meet the one-time 2 hour continuing education course. Effective July 1, 2007 through July 1, 2009, the course is required of all Virginia real estate agents and brokers prior to their real estate license renewal or reinstatement. It is a one time requirement.

Each course consists of a background of the standard agency and the more recent limited service agency, the requirements for each type of agency and related topics. We guarantee you will pass or the course is free.

The live classroom courses are held at our Reston office. There is no final exam. The instructor will explain the new law as well as a background of the agency laws. Coffee and beverages are provided. Our office is located at 11890 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20191 (at the corner of Reston Parkway near the Toll Road.) You may pay cash, check or credit card.

The DPOR approved course is also available as a downloadable correspondence course in PDF format. You may read the course on your computer. You print out and fax the exam, evaluation and affidavit to receive DPOR credit. You may download and start the course immediately upon payment by credit card or check (epay).
